Important Terms & Policies

Membership Details:

  • Float credits expire 35 days after being issued (you have a month to use them)

  • Automatic billing monthly

  • Must sign up in person at our Doylestown location

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days notice required for termination

  • $50 early termination fee if cancelled within 30 days of next billing

  • Remaining floats expire a month after cancelation

Appointment Policies:

  • 24-hour cancellation required or $30 late fee applies

  • No-shows will use one float credit from your account
