Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll remain fully clothed, lying on a massage table with a cozy blanket and optional eye covering. You’ll be invited to simply rest while I gently place my hands on or just above your body.

No—Reiki is not massage. There’s no physical manipulation of muscles or deep tissue work. Reiki is a subtle energy therapy that works on emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual levels.
